And then the really smart companies, i think, are the ones that are constantly reassessing whether something actually needs to be assume meeting or not. The data shows again and again that the people who want flexible and remote options, most of all, our women, our parents and mothers in particular, and our people of color, the higher you get higher rates of desire for permanent, flexible and entirely remote optionsfor all those people.
