Do You Need More Sleep Than You Need?
Tiredness is just sleep pressure, it's a good thing. Any effort that you have to fall asleep decreases your sleep pressure. People who make an effort to fall asleep stay awake because the effort wakes you up. You're not going to feel the effect of a bad night's sleep until the end of the next day. If you exercise before 7 AM, it can make you a morning person.
