Designing interfaces that are very transparent about the purpose, the capabilities and the limitations. I remember not too long ago, there was this thing called dark patterns. For example, Ryan Air had one interface element where you could like select an insurance in case you get sick or something like that. A lot of users didn't find it because they thought, okay, I just need to pay their insurance anyway.
