The Importance of Asking Questions

Laws in some way are outside of space and time, but somehow making things happen. And they're somehow primitive, as I recall. Ask what they are. You don't ask what they are in an ontological sense. They just are. If you trip over one someday, it might be a law that said, work, but you don't want to trip over the law.
