Pixar's Charter Is to Develop and Support Good People

i'm just very principled if i believe in something it can be quite difficult to change my mind on it my mind can be changed but if i truly believe in something i will fight for it and not a lot of people that were in my scenario did that. It's because i believed that what i was doing was creative work like i believed that that it shouldn't have just been prescriptive one of the reasons i left when i did was because of the constrictions that were being put on people you know  It seems like even in the animation world that is not a given that you get that.
