When he first started on this journey, I was really big on fasting and juicing. What I prefer is actually making green smoothies so that I get the fiber in there because I want to assimilate that stuff more slowly. If you're liking, if you feel good about those smoothies, then they're probably doing well for you. But I also like to set up biometrics for people to test. You know, figure out what you need to have a measurable biometric to assess whether what you're doing are working.
