Is There a Phenomenal Pay Transparency?

i definitely feel like there's not a, there hasn't been, traditionally, a pave path for me to understand what my growth looks like. We don't have levels wer very flat. Director and above ad eflix can see anyone's pay. That is not common. And i am seeing lately nag from your team starting in stuff. There's a ltle bit more structure around that.
