Is Web Three Decentralized?

The idea that web three is decentralized is kind of an odd thing to say, because that's not new. A lot of the ante centralization has been around for a really long timeso oh, you know, i don’t really know. I mean, it's certainly possible that there will be more of an interest in a decentralized web and that people will start incorporating that into their projects. And ike, do ou have any explanation about tik, kind of why all of a suddenn venture capitalists seem to be reall into the idea of tearing down the supposed web two dot o that they just spend the last decade building?
