The Mind Says That It's About Te Underlying Principles

M, i do have meditation practice. When my daughter was an infant, that turned into a few deep breaths so i had to modify im. I usually like to journal and, ah, do some gratitudes, just to remind myself of all the things going right. Cause i think i can be wired to identify the things i still need to do or that aren't going well. And then it's something physical. My energy is higher if i've done something active in the morning, and so and then also nourish my body afterwards. So it's really around for me, the the mind, but also the the my body, to have the energy for the rest of the day,.
