Biden arrives in California after remarks this morning on the safety of the U.S. banking system following Silicon Valley Bank's collapse. Democratic Congresswoman Judy Chu, whose district includes Monterey Park, joins us to talk more about this news. The upheaval comes as the president meets with the prime ministers of the UK and Australia in San Diego. And then tomorrow, he will discuss gun violence prevention in Monterey Park where 11 people were killed in a Lunar New Year mass shooting in January.
