How Do You Revolutionize a Lacent Company Culture?
A lot of people think that company culture is spe to internal employees. I think that the attitudes of the people that interface with customers are very much felt by customers and even people that work behind the scenes. There's some, there's some old saying that, you know, take care of your employees, and the employes will take care of the customers. All of those things are what happens in order to set up whether or not it works.
