Depression, Dave and Denver's Primary Concern?
There are an estimated 3,400 unhoused people in New York City that were mentally ill. In terms of the size of the city, even though we're talking about thousands of people, it seems like it would only work if it was part of a much larger plan. Do you see this as a step toward a world where people who are not a danger to themselves might be locked up?
