Each enjury manager does it in a different way. It might be as simple as if you had a daily stand up f you also create some visibility about what you've been doing, maybe some of the meetings and outcomes or discussions. You try to provide enough contact so people can be aware of things going on. I think it's dangerous to not provide any information, because then when something comes up, people are often surprised. But trying to balance out with too much information, like literally no filters, means every one is constantly distracted. These are some of the challenges of practising how to communicate.
