How to Fix NTP Vulnerabilities

There are five new vulnerabilities in NTP, the time server software. Apparently there are some 300,000 servers exposing the service to the internet on port 1801. There is no patch available for these vulnerabilities. A lot of more recent Unix systems don't use NTP.
