How to Maximize Your Heart Rate

The key with all that stuff is you got it like when you're on, but the longer the break. The shorter the break, the harder it is sometimes to get the max heart rate because you just hanging on there. You can really do this in a number of different combinations, but something in the lower rep range and higher tension is also good. And I would generally recommend spending time in the one to eight reps per set range and then spending some time in the eight plus range as well.
