Lewis would say that this is also a vision not just of our world and lives as they could be as they once were though perhaps now or even more so as we make up for what was lost. As we combine both kinds of face to face in us inhabiting worlds virtually and physically or rather the virtual spaces physically and the physical spaces all the more kinesthetically feeling we. But also a world beyond this a world where we will have faces again faces made new transformed by the face we cannot yet gaze upon except beyond the same screen of linguistic liturgy icons burning bushes seeking once more to contract the distance he is.
