Jonathan and satchi both believe in honesty. It's just that one of them is dedicated to niceness and the other isn't. In truth, being nice or not nice take the same amount of energy either way. If you give a shit about other people at all, it's going to weigh on you. There's so many better words than nice. And don't be mean and don't hate.
