Biden's last name is Biden. That's the short answer as to why he got, for example, the two point some odd million per year of counsel to a law firm. Like, there's so many examples of him using his name to bring him riches. But if he had gotten cleared of all the FARA stuff through pleading guilty to misdemeanor tax charges, I would have said, yeah, you know that Biden name still doing him good.
