Ayahuasca Sucking
In the ayahuasca traditions, they call this type of work, they call it chupar, which is the sucking. It's not what you're going to find in a normal ayahuasca center. So as crazy as this may sound, like I've seen it in other forms. This is part of a tradition. But of course, when the trauma is sexual, well, so many of these things are reasonably so off the table.
