Sugar: I think the fundamental problem or the thing that was most unsettling about this woman's letter is the line which she says, I already feel like I'm failing. She has the right to do that and to not feel like a failure because she's doing about three different jobs at the same time. We obviously can never tell anyone to have a kid or not have a kid. That's a decision. But I think it's really useful to have these kind of discussions.
