The Worst Case Scenario

The most important thing for me is understanding what my operational costs and carry costs are going to be. That's how I run all of my performance. What happens if I'm running 50% occupancy, you know, at a 50th or 75th percentile rate when I'm typically well over the 90th percent? So that's like worst case scenario. If your occupancy drops from 67% to 50%, you have to assume that you're going to save some money on utilities. You're going tosave a little bit in cleaning costs. And then I'm going to figure out what that number would be. Then I’m going to compare that to my carrying costs. Right.
