Naps are a kind of break. We need to integrate breaks more systematically into our work days. I now every day have a list ive rigt down two brakes. 15 years ago, someone who went without sleep was seen as a hero. Now we know from the science of sleep that that person who is sleep deprived is a fool. He's hurting his own performance. And so i'm going to take that day to make sure that i take the brakes.
