There's a bell curve, so everyone fits somewhere on that as you're normal. Check an iron store, because if your iron stores are low, say you're a menstruating female, right? And then the red blood cell count is an interesting one too sometimes with athletes running higher volume. That's one part too that I've noticed on athletes is in much lowerred blood cell count.
