The Power of a Closed Mind
A little bit of solipsism carries you a long way. The only person that I can with 100% efficacy change the beliefs of is me. Good ritual for me erases doubt on the part of the practitioner. If I can manipulate my own doubt, manipulating the doubts of others is much easier because people can suss out a true believer.
