If you and Alex aren't doing it I guarantee your your next level direct reports aren't going to do it. And if they're not doing it, the other 90 other 90 people in the organization are going to doit. So every time you say one thing and do another and it gets weaker and weaker that weakness gets passed down. This consistency has to stop at the start at the very very very top.
