Is GE a Lean Leader?
I always had a little bit of lean, but then got far more serious with lean as it went on. We were very six Sigma oriented in those early years. I actually got my black belt that GE too. So sort of several different tools to arm ourselves with, but yeah, our focus was on lean and sort of the deployment activities. And trying to build a culture within the shops at that value, that continuous improvement.
