The Power of Not Holding Yourself Down
I was referring more to there was a heaviness about me I guess. But then I thought okay well down up you know forward back and I said oh I'm not holding myself back. Those could just be in that sense of A.T. of trying to be forward and up but they were also a little deeper than that. Which is incredibly powerful. You don't have a lot of other movement getting in the way. It's easier to sense the effects if you start lying down.
