How We Are Church Addresses Discipleship Problems
When we started we are church 10 years ago, and I know I hate the name too. We front ended three design constraints before we even started. 100% of our ties and offerings will go out to local global missions. The main reason why we did that was to create a forcing function for discipleship. If you want to plant new churches and you're not going to hire anyone, what do you do? You have to learn how to get really, really good at taking people from the marketplace.
