How Should Journalists Handle Anonymous Information?
The allegations against him are pretty, pretty egregious. But then there's been nothing that's come of it in the past year. It's really dirtied up his name quite a bit. Here's a rule. If you're a journalist who wrote an exclusive story of about an investigation into somebody, and that you learned that it wasn't true, or that your source was lying to you, you no longer should have to protect that source.
