How to Estimate a Page's Number of Views

If this table has only five rows or 10 rows, I'm not going to use any indexes because it's just literally 10 rows. Let's go and read the whole 10 rows and then do everything in memory and the client side by client. As opposed, if you have an actual million rows, then, oh, yeah, let me actually take the cost,. open up that index, loaded in memory, traverse the B tree and do other stuff. There is always a cost to everything. So these statistics are used for this. It will just say, I think that always have around million row, but it never is a state. It's never correct.
