Philip Johnson: I grew up raised by and working for a man who was, I guess what they call a servant leader today. And so when I went out into the world and ran into a different sort of leadership, the kind where you were cruel to people, that was foreign to me. So I spent 30 years swimming against that tide by leading people the way that my grandfather did and the way thatMy dad did. He said one of these days he's going to write a book about how we should think about how we work together in our work.

In his day job, Phillip Kane is a husband, father, and caring leader. He has had a successful business career of more than 30 years in some of the world’s best-known corporations. Working for brands like Goodyear, Pirelli, Rothschild, and NAPA, Kane has had the privilege to lead thousands of individuals and has managed billions of dollars in value for stakeholders.
