I think our standards were slipping in that period. It's really hard when you like look at a sales team who have only ever known one market. But it doesn't surprise me here that other people are facing the same thing. So anything obviously with these types of things, there's always learnings. I guess you weren't known until you're in it. Would you change how you tried to approach getting on people's backs or could you have communicated in a different way? I don't know. Is that anything that you thought about that? Because I'm sure you'd be like, right, we want to make sure that we address this different next time.
