A Dissertation on Mental Action and the Critique of Agent Causality

In my PhD program at University Rochester, I decided to work on mental action and focused on our agency informing beliefs. But then I did a few papers on mental action when I was there that were going to be chapters which I was told to take out. One of those papers is my most one of my most cited papers and it was an outtake. It wasn't even something that I ended up including in the original, in the final draft or the sorry of the dissertation.
