Is This a Rogue Police Group or a Scorpion Group?

Five fired Memphis police officers now facing second degree murder and other charges in the death of Tyree Nichols. Why did none of them stop during what Nichols family attorney describes as three long minutes of beating? Lawyers for some of these former officers confirmed they were part of the department's so-called scorpion unit. John Miller: I'm not sure that much good comes out of this style of policing when there aren't any procedures and protocols in place to help keep them in check.
