The Limitation of Seriality

Twitter is not a serial medium like an obvious one right what's the most basic definition of seriality. twitter did a self-study to find out if they promoted left content over right-wing content which is what conservatives say and in their self-study they found out that they promoted right-wingcontent but couldn't promote left-wing content. If there was perhaps better moderation of certain viewpoints on twitter then it could be used to coalesce a more progressive message as a platform i think that's definitely more out there than we've seen so far.
