Georgian wine is fantastic it's one of the best place in the world my only thing that I wasn't sure about was the winter. We're paying six hundred dollars a month for 220 meters squared so for us listening it's around 2,000 2,300 feet It's huge it has a tally and courtyard that's just us and our neighbors we have like they have a dog running around out there so it's really nice Has a nice balcony two floors two bedrooms two baths for $600 a month it's a it's a steal.
