Are We More Open to Change?

During times of crisis, times of threat and times of uncertainty, we are more likely to cling to the familiar. That's actually very rational. Not moving is a good thing. And i do think that in a pandemic, every time you click on the news, it says the unemployment numbers are even worse. So again, all these forces conspire to keep people in their old job.
