i need to know how to have these conversations better, because i understand that it's al so very off putting. I'm not bringing that person to my side right at all by being halay, ye, do less talking and more listening. There's an oi'm tring to glean this from you because i really need to get better at it. Ah, i feel like that's your interview style, your i feel like your dip matic and respectful, yet you know exactly where you stand. Peope i now exactly where, yes, in an interview they know how you feel, but you're also going to be respectful, but it doesn't come acrossis like heavy handed
