The Benefits of Dietary Fiber for Diabetes

We see this nice comparison of high versus low, where we see this pretty much linear relationship as you go up along. We saw the biggest benefits for the lowest consumers moving to moderate or high intakes. The real benefit to population health would be to move everyone, just shifting the population a little bit towards higher intakes.
