How Do You Use Spot the Opportunities?

I think that leadership is always really important. I saw how much a principal made a difference for the teachers, and then the teachers could make a difference. It's the same thing with companies. They need to have a clear mission and vision,. That is shared, and it empowers the people to get behind that. The second piece is the strategies. You know, you're going to have to have your product strategy... And operational strategy too. Because that's sort of the translation of the vision and vision.
