Kenneth Parnell and Stephen's Story

Stephen Parnell was abused as a child by his step-father, Kenneth Parnell. He went on to have two children with Jody Edmondson and made a living working with child abduction groups. On September 16th of 1989 he died after suffering catastrophic head injuries in a motorcycle accident. In January 2003 Stephen's father tried to buy him a 4-year-old boy from one of his caregivers who had been aware of the man's evil past. The caregiver turned out to be Diane Stevens' older brother, Carrie Steiner - later known as California's most notorious serial killer. Timmy White featured as a pallbearer at Stephen's funeral.
