Do You Still Love Training?
I've always loved training, but i was always a fierce competitor. I stilllove the competitive side of it, but i'm more open tan to enjoying the training with someone for a chat and being healthysa yer. As you get in, i'm 36 now, the the health benefits of training are probably as much in my mind as the a as getting fitter for races. Is there a particular training session you can remember, or or just a regular that you go to t you would say, hey, that' that's my favourite training session? Just changes every few months.
