Twitter might use a system called Paulis or Polis. Taiwan will ask its citizens a question such as, how would you regulate Uber? Instead of just taking the most popular suggestion, they find the suggestion that has popularity across demographics. How amazing would that be? I mean seriously. This is the first time I've heard an actual system plan that in my opinion could totally work.
