I wonder if you might drawing on these two articles as well as your experience as a director for many years if you might have any thoughts on the role of geography in this new zoom world that we're in. We've had this shock where everybody had to switch to virtual in a hurry and of course we don't know how long that's going to go on but I wonder if that might affect some of your thoughts about this geographic tax that non-local directors especially women directors pay. Just more broadly what shifting more towards virtual might mean for governance.
