How Do Antibodies Work?
Your body is full of a very large number of antibodies, 10 to the power of 12 roughly that are floating around and so they can conform to all manner of different kinds of shapes. So you've got all these antibodies floating around just looking for random shapes to attach to. And as soon as something does, your immune system goes through this process called somatic hypermutation. It's like a self-reforation system of improving binding in your immune system.
