In our quarterly review, everybody's a self evaluation for autonomy. And then the committee evaluates them and self evaluation for mastery. All those scores get rolled up and actually determine your raise at the end of the year. The key to this is you have to have outlined deliverables to share. Otherwise people just do a bunch of shit.
