How to Write a Four Loop

I've always wondered why the same people who say like, o variable names should be long and descriptive, then write out a four loop. I think it is situation like, if you have one of those wreasons where you need it to be aito characters, then obviously you can't. But if you don't have those restrictions, why not let's muddy the waters here? When i was in school, learning hoda learing, had a programme and doing loops andy. It doesn't make sense, but this is how we cod - so i know why it'sant iof course.
