Organization as a system developed for decision making. The challenges are still there, and i think we have more tools to doa with them to day. After it really is an impressive book. It's not an easy read in the sense that it's very dense, but it's extremely important. Analysis is excellence. And i think maybe it will always live a vibrantly in the jes canon, because it will always be a foundational book to go back to for inspiration for ou scholars into the future.
