Are the Expectations That You've Set for the Roller?

Sesson: It sounds to me like you strug with meeting one area of the formula and that, and you keep chasing that area. The expectation of somebody who can do the data part, but who can also communicate at a high level, internally and externally? So it sounds like that's the holy trinity of what creates this role in the way that you execute on it. Sesson: Are the expectations that you've set not really grounded in what is actually needed for the roll, rather than what you desire for the rol?
