Americans should be able to associate with immigrants at any time they choose assuming the immigrant also chooses to. The state, the government should not interfere unless under exceptional circumstances like a criminal conspiracy to injure the life liberty or property of others. Immigrants make three to ten times more money in the United States than in their home countries even after adjusting for cost of living.
